【摘要】:ThispartofISO9988specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpolyoxymethylenemouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsaredescribedforthepreparationoftestspecimens,andproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.Propertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizepolyoxymethylenemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350:1993.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO9988,asarethedesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinpart1:meltflowrateandtensilemodulus.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofspecimenpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
