【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IECTR15504:—definesanexampleofassessmentmodelthatmeetstherequirementsofISO/IECTR15504andthatsupportstheperformanceofanassessmentbyprovidingindicatorsforguidanceontheinterpretationoftheprocesspurposesandprocessattributesdefinedinISO/IECTR15504-2;—providesguidance,byexample,onthedefinition,selectionanduseofassessmentindicators.AnymodelmeetingtherequirementsofISO/IECTR15504-2maybeusedforassessment.Differentmodelsandmethodsmaybeneededtoaddressdifferingbusinessneeds.TheassessmentmodelinthispartofISO/IECTR15504isprovidedasanexampleofacompatiblemodel.Theindicatorsareusedasguidesincollectingtheobjectiveevidencethatenablesanassessortoassignratingstoprocessattributes.ThesetofindicatorsincludedinthispartofISO/IECTR15504isnotintendedtobeanallinclusivesetnorisitintendedtobeapplicableinitsentirety.Subsetsthatareappropriatetothecontextandscopeoftheassessmentshouldbeselected,andpossiblyaugmentedwithadditionalindicators.Byprovidingtheassessmentmodel,thispartofISO/IECTR15504isdirectedatassessmentsponsorsandcompetentassessorswhowishtoselectamodel,andassociatedmethod,forassessment(foreithercapabilitydeterminationorprocessimprovement).Additionallyitmaybeofusetomodeldevelopersintheconstructionofacompatiblemodel,byprovidingexamplesofgoodsoftwareengineeringpractice.
