【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60068providestestmethodsapplicabletosurfacemountingdevices(SMDs)madeofglassorsinteredmaterialssuchascapacitors,resistorsandinductorsincorporatingferrites.Twotestmethodsexist:bodystrengthandimpactshock.TheobjectofbothtestsistoevaluatethemechanicalstressesappliedtoSMDsduringandaftermounting;thesetestslookatdifferentmechanicalstresses.Therelevantcomponentspecificationshallspecifywhichtestmethodormethodsareapplicable.
