【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsforthechemicalanalysisofmetalsandalloysareprimarilyintendedtotestsuchmaterialsforcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthatallwhousethesetestmethodswillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthatworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratory.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthechemicalanalysisofmanganese-copperalloyshavingchemicalcompositionswithinthefollowinglimits:1.2Thetestmethodsappearinthefollowingorder:1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.11.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofironinconcentrationsfrom0.003%to0.02%.21.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofmanganeseinconcentrationsfrom28.0%to32.0%.28.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofphosphorusinconcentrationsfrom0.002%to0.014%.
