【摘要】:1.1Thisguidegivesguidanceintheselectionofsamplingplanstobeusedintheinspectionofelectrodepositedandrelatedcoatingsonproductsforthepurposeofdecidingwhethersubmittedlotsofcoatedproductscomplywiththespecificationsapplicabletothecoatings.ThissupplementsTestMethodB602bygivingmoreinformationonsamplinginspectionandbyprovidingadditionalsamplingplansfortheuserwhofindsthelimitedchoiceofplansinTestMethodB602tobeinadequate.1.2Whenusingasamplingplan,arelativelysmallpartofthearticlesinaninspectionlotisselectedandinspected.Basedontheresults,adecisionismadethattheinspectionloteitherdoesordoesnotsatisfactorilyconformtothespecification.1.3Thisguidealsocontainsseveralsamplingplans.Theplansareattributeplans,thatis,intheapplicationoftheplanseachinspectedarticleisclassifiedaseitherconformingornonconformingtoeachofthecoatingrequirements.Thenumberofnonconformingarticlesiscomparedtoamaximumallowablenumber.Theplansaresimpleandrelativelyfew.AdditionalplansandmorecomplexplansthatcovermoresituationsaregivenintheRefs(1-7)attheendofthisguideandinMIL-STD105.1.4Acceptancesamplingplansareused:1.4.1Whenthecostofinspectionishighandtheconsequencesofacceptinganonconformingarticlearenotserious.1.4.2When100%inspectionisfatiguingandboringand,therefore,likelytoresultinerrors.Inthesecasesasamplingplanmayprovidegreaterprotectionthan100%inspection.1.4.3Wheninspectionrequiresadestructivetest.Here,samplinginspectionmustbeused.1.5Anothergeneraltypeofacceptancesamplingplanthatisnotcoveredintheseguidelinesisthevariablesplaninwhichmeasuredvaluesofcharacteristicsareanalyzedbystatisticalprocedures.Suchplans,whenapplicable,canreduceinspectioncostandincreasequalityprotection.InformationonvariablesplansisgiveninTestMethodB762,MIL-STD-414,ANSI/ASQCZ1.9-1979,andRefs(1-2).
