【摘要】:ThispartofIEC317specifiesrequirementsoftapewrappedroundcopperwindingwireofclass240.Theinsulationconsistsofoneortwowrappingsofaromaticpolyimidetape.Class240isathermalclassthatrequiresatemperatureindexofatleast240,andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast260°C.Thetapeiscoatedononeorbothsideswithasuitableadhesive,forinstance,fluorinatedethylenepropylene.Afterwrapping,thetapeisheat-sealedtoformacontinuousandadherentsheath.Specificrequirementsmaybesubjecttocontract.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichthewireisrecommendedtobeusedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypesofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:1,600mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.ThenominalconductordiametersaregiveninTable1.Whenreferenceismadetowindingwireaccordingtothisstandard,thefollowinginformationshouldbegiven:—referencetoIEC60317-43;—diameteroftheconductor;—grade.Example:60317-43IEC2,000mmgradeA2
